Noah has the skills to make your next project come to life
Noah holds experience in a wide range of musical genres and projects that could be just the thing you need to make your next project a reality. Noah aspires to make your dreams a reality and will go above and beyond for you and your project.
Exploring some of Noah’s previous session work reveals the experience he has. Noah has played under iconic NZ musician Dave Dobbyn for the release of “The Offering Project” that retailed nation-wide in NZ. He’s also worked alongside iconic NZ musician Warren Maxwell, playing live music and acting in NZ web series “Colonial Combat” produced by Awa Films. Using his skill and knowledge of electronic music and drums, he’s played for pop star Josie Moon and performed an electronic music/DJ set at Wellington’s 2018 LUX Light Festival.
Noah’s classical training and orchestral knowledge has also given him opportunities to travel on tour to the USA, Tonga, Japan, Australia and all over NZ with multiple brass bands and orchestral groups as well as playing with internationally recognised award winning group Wellington Brass at 2019’s NZ Brass Band Nationals, of which took away a clean sweep of all awards in the competition.
Some of Noah’s recorded samples have reached international audiences being featured on Swedish synthesiser company Elektron’s website for download. At a local level, Noah has been involved in projects such as community plays, Wellington’s Cuba Dupa and playing with Wellington Airport’s 2019 Arts Group of the Year winner Hutt City Brass who are also the Wellington Brass Band Regional Champions for 2019.As evidenced, Noah is an experienced competent musician and performer that you can trust to bring a high standard of work to your project with a vast knowledge of music spanning multiple genres and niches.
Noah’s ability to play multiple instruments makes him a valuable asset to any project you may be working on. Being a multi-instrumentalist means he has the skills and knowledge to quickly understand what’s required in your project based on what you may already have. This as well as experience in producing and recording means that if your project is based in the studio, Noah knows exactly what disciplines and different skill sets are required for studio sessions. Noah owns all his own gear and what he doesn’t own, he’ll have connections and know how to get hold of the gear needed for your specific session. If you have any questions, business inquiries or would like to get in touch with Noah, you can do so through the “Contact” page on this website.
